height: 5'3"
weight: 107 lbs.
build short/petite
eyes: brown
hair: carlie's hair is usually long and light blond. however, she will occassionally change it so that it's highlighted brown or is completely brown. she likes to play with the shade of blond that it is... but, typically, it remains her natural light blond.
distinguishing features: carlie is short, she also has a birthmark on her leg shaped slightly like a heart.
tattoos and piercings: her ears are pierced twice.
personal style: carlie loves to dress is a very girlie fashion. she loves dresses, jeans, fancy tops, skirts, flip flops... and most of all high heels. however, she does enjoy just wearing shorts and a tank top around her house.
appearance: long blond hair and bright chocolate brown eyes are carlie's two best features. she's short and slightly petite... both of which are things that cause her to become self concious. carlie is supposed to wear glasses, but she never really does. she owns contacts, and puts them in from time to time... usually, however, you'll find her without either on.

do you think you're right,wronged,
or do you think you'll fight?
or do you think you'll fight?
dislikes: glasses, school -for the most part, vegtables, reptiles, being short, rap music, not being in charge, most sports, arguing with her sister or friends, cheaters.
strengths: taking charge, leading the way, knowing what's up, singing, fashion.
weaknesses: cooking anything complicated, math, flirting, she's oblivious at times, and she loves chocolates and coffees.
greatest fear: death, heights, severe storms.
greatest desire: to make herself known to the world.
habits and quirks: she twirls her hair between her fingers when bored or nervous. she sometimes speaks her mind out loud without meaning to. she can be oblivious at times.
overall personality: fun-loving and outgoing comes seventeen year old carlie chapel. she always seems to be talking to someone. although she is a strong leader, carlie has habits of being oblivious to things... it sometimes takes her a bit longer to catch onto jokes.
usually optimistic, it takes quite a bit to bring carlie down. she tends to be girlie and childish, which may contribute a bit to that. but, once she gets down in the dumps she tends to have a hard time getting back up to her bubbly self. carlie was never the smartest in school as far as book smarts goes... but, she was always a logical thinker. this may be why she's a strong leader.

history: Carlie's parents, Andrew and Cassandra Chapel, met on a blind date in an old Italian restaurant many years back. Their friends had set it up after Cassie was upset that, once again, another boy had just used her. They had wanted to convince her that their was still hope for the twenty-year-old girl. Andy had been lacking luck in the relationship department as well, so they figured that the two were perfect for each other.
And, of course, they had been right. Cassie and Andy hit it off pretty quick, after they both realized how much they had in common. Before long, they realized that they were both attending New York College for the Arts. Cassie was a dancer, while Andy was there to learn all about musical theories.
They dated off and on for a few years. After that, they got married on the cold winter's day of December 13. Cassie was now twenty-three and Andy was twenty-five. Both were sure that they were ready to settle down, regardless of how young they might have been.
It was two years later when their first child was born on May 23. Carlene Anne Chapel. She was named after Cassie's mother. Both were very proud... and excited. But, no matter how excited they were... neither had been all that prepared for the child. They lived in New York. They had a run-down one bedroom apartment. Cassie was a dance teacher and Andy had just recently been hired into a local middle school to teach band. Neither job was all that extravagant, but they paid fairly well. It got them by for the first two years of their daughter's life.
That was when the news of another child came in. Once it was confirmed, Cassie and Andy knew that something needed to be done. They picked up their small family and moved out of town. They settled in a decent two bedroom house on the outskirts of New York City. This was where Cassie had grown up and her parents still lived near-by. That was where they then lived.
It wasn't long after that when their second and final daughter came. Lucille Chapel. Carlene was now two, and a very talkative little girl. She began going by the name of Carlie, as it was much easier for her to understand. She was rather close to her sister for the first couple of years of her life.
And then, Carlie turned five, and Lucille was going on three. Cassie had been pregnant with another child for a few months... and Andy had started talking of moving back into the big New York City in which he and Cassie had first met at. Cassie wasn't sure that she wanted that for the children... but Andy knew it was what he wanted. Besides, it really wasn't that much of a change. There were a lot more job opportunities inside New York then there were on the outskirts. Plus, the house would be too small once their third child came.
Cassie held stubborn, though. So when Jared Allen Chapel came into the picture on September 15th of that year... they were still settled in on the outskirts of town. They remained there for the next two years until Cassie's father died of a heart attack. Later of that same year, Cassie's mother passed away of depression. Feeling the need to leave the area, Cassie agreed to move back into New York.
So, it was right after Carlie had turned six that the Chapel's packed up and moved to New York again. They invested in a large house... and Andy started as the new band instructor at Eastside High School. Since then, Cassie has went back to teaching dance and opened her own dance studio. Neither parent was ever really home after the kids all reached the age of ten... infact, Carlie often found herself stuck with nannies. She soon took up playing Alto Saxophone for a past time hobby... as well as shopping.

mikayla ran her fingers through her hair, giving a dramatic sigh as a few more hannah montana shirts popped up. what was it with these people and hannah montana? what did hannah montana have that she didn't? groaning to herself, mikayla gave an irritated sigh and moved over to the next rack. she didn't want to pester herself with hannah montana already. "i guess you do have a point. it's probably for the best. i mean, who want to listen to a no-talent lose- person?" she quickly caught herself in her thoughts and turned away from the boy for a few seconds. she didn't want to come off as rude; at least, not yet. the last thing she needed was rumors spread to the press about her. that wouldn't be very good.
"you should work on that. it makes it seem as if you're really nervous." she commented. it wasn't long after then shook hands that she pulled her hand away, letting it fall to her side. joe mcdougal was such a strange time. but, he had said that he seen her on tv. she gave a soft smile, deciding against brining up his name. "oh really? was it one of my music videos? did you like it?" if there was one thing to know about mikayla, it was that she never hesitated to talk about herself. especially if it meant anything that didn't concern hannah montana. "oh, and it's uh... nice to meet you, joe." she was half-grinning and half-smirking at this point, barely noticing the way that he seemed to not look at her. he didn't seem as caught off guard by meeting a celebrity, either. did this happen a lot? she was rather curious, but didn't ask any of these questions. not yet, anyways.
