If you thought Alex had a clue of where he was going, that'd be an understatement..completely wrong. He had no idea where he was going. But, as he traveled his side started to ache more, and so did his feet. Damn, there was so much rocky land, and his feet were getting soaked by the tide and wet by the mushy sand. But, if he didn't walk there, he'd be walking on less flat land, and that's what Alex needed right about now.
He made a small whining noise in the back of his throat, just falling to the floor in the sand and holding his side. Shit, he was going to die here. He knew it. If he didn't get checked out by a doctor or something - which was highly unlikely, he'd die. Alex wasn't prepared for that. All he could do was look for help. Right now, he was incapable of doing so. "HELP!!!!!" He screamed, desperately. Panic mode was not good; not good at all.

Luci picked at her nail as she walked through the woods. Her nails were getting longer and she couldn't find any nail clippers. She sighed and continued on to the shore. She headed towards the water when she heard a cry. She turned on her heels which cause her hair to fly. She placed her hands on it to settle it.
She walked over to the person when she realized it was Alex. She liked Alex, a lot. And couldn't resist to help him. She practically ran over to him. "What is wrong?" she asked as she sat on her knees. |

Alex gasped when he heard footsteps coming towards him. He bit his lip, rocking back and forth. He looked over at who approached him, causing him to smile slightly at the person. Or maybe he was just delusional. "Luci?!" He exclaimed, sitting up straighter but whimpering a bit when it affected his side. "I-I'm bleeding..something must've happened on the plane." He told her.

Luci fell to her knees and said "Yea it is me, Luci." reassuring. She rubbed her left hand into the sand and made a hand print. She looked at Alex and noticed his gash. She gasped and asked "Wha-What could have happened?" She traced his injury with her hand a couple of times before snapping it back to her side. |

Alex hissed as Luci touched the big cut, crying out in pain. He laid back in the sand, and shrugged. "I have no idea. I just woke up..and the plane..was in the ground." He whispered. "I was still in it, and something must've slashed me when it was falling." He guessed.

"Sorry!" She said as Alex hissed. "I'm-I'm sorry." She said as she stood up. "I'll be right back." She said as she headed towards the jungle. She ran through until she reached the camp. No one was really there so she ran towards her sister's tent and pulled out her bag. Luci rummaged through her sister's bag until she saw her medical bag. She grabbed the small bag and ran back through the forest until she reached Alex. |

"Its okay!!" Alex yelled to her and pouted as she ran off and left him. What if she didn't come back? Well, that would be mean. But, he had a feeling she was definitely coming back. He ran his hands through his curls and smiled up at her when she came back. He groaned with relief when he saw the first aid kit.

Luci fell back to her knees again and pulled out something that cleaned. "Here." She said as she handed him the bottle. She rummaged through the bag until she found a bandage. She pulled it out and placed it near Alex. She closed the bag and put it near her back and helped Alex. |

Alex took the supplies, and put some peroxide on his cut. He chewed on his lip to keep from crying. It stung so bad. He took the bandage, immediately putting it over his cut. He sighed, smiling at her. "Thanks Luci."

Luci smiled at Alex after he finished putting everything on. She was happy that she actually helped someone on the island. "Your Welcome." She said as she took the trash and peroxide and shoved it into her sister's bag. She smiled then asked "Are you ok now?" |

"A little. Not mentally though." Alex sighed, shaking his head. "I can't believe this happened. I've never done anything bad. Why does this happen to the good people?" He asked, as a rhetorical question. "This sucks. We'll never get out of here."

Luci smiled. "I doubt anyone did anything bad. Everything happens for a reason. Maybe this is a good thing. You don't jinx dying or you might." She sad. " We might. If we try and don't give up. Who would want all of us dead?" She asked. She stood up and said "Maybe this happened so we could get to know each other and for use not to depend on our parents, just to depend on yourself. Maybe this is a life lesson that we needed to learn." |

Alex groaned. That's what she was starting to sound like. Her parents! "But I rarely rely on parents. I'm always independant." He told her, biting his lip. "It's not fair that I'm stuck here. I already know you people enough." He pouted. He knew he sounded really selfish right now, but he didn't mean for it to sound that way. He was just frustrated, and in pain.

Alex gasped, his eyes widening. "For your information, I was forced on this trip!" He growled, angrily. He sat up straight, glaring at her intensely. "Nothing is ever about me! For once I can't be selfish? WELL, excuse me for being selfless in the first place!" He mumbled, standing, and brushing himself off. "Good day to you. I'm going to find food." He muttered, walking away angrily.

Alex stopped in his tracks and clenched his eyes shut tight when he heard those words come from Luci's mouth. He chewed on his lip, turning around and looking at her nervously. "No you don't." He denied, crossing his arms. He couldn't tell her that he didn't like her. He didn't want to hurt her feelings, especially in the situation they were in now. He didn't want to be stranded by himself; lonely.

"Yes I do." She said biting her lip. "Whatever I don't care if you believe me." She said trying to hold back her tears. She didn't care anymore. She stood up and turned on her heels and sprinted towards the forest until she reached a tree. She hoisted herself up to the first branch and leaned against the tree. She couldn't help the tears. |

"LUCI!" Alex exclaimed, running after her. He couldn't catch up though, because he could feel the pain in his side start to burn badly. He stopped, sitting down and resting his head on a rock. "Luciiii." he whined, "Please...I'm sorry...just don't leave me alone.." He whimpered.

Luci couldn't believe what just happened. She really did liked Alex. She was going to head back to her tent to go to sleep. She didn't care what time it was she was tired. She jumped from the tree with a tear stained face. She walked out of the forest until she saw Alex lying on the rock. A part of her didn't want to help him but the other part did. She laid down next to him and asked "Ale-Alex are you ok?" she started crying again. |
