hair: callista’s long, beach-blonde hair is nothing short of luxe. whether it’s straight or curled, she always makes sure it’s perfect. anything less just won’t settle with her.
distinguishing features: her wide and white smile, her blonde banged locks, her long legs, and her big and expressive eyes are some of the things that make callista who she is.

personal style: callista’s personal style is what she likes to call ‘real-life runway’. mixing some cute designer pieces with a thrifty find is callista’s style mantra. history: a native of malibu, callista is not stranger to the fabulous california life. Her parents - music video choreographer lyla james, and successful music producer logan james - made an instant connection when they met at the grammy awards parties, as two young, up-and-coming people trying to make it in the music biz. they hit it off right away, connecting over the fact that the two of them just couldn’t seem to get a break in the cutthroat world of music.
following that night with another series of dates and dinners, logan got his big break, producing a successful billboard number one. deciding to help out his girlfriend, he pulled a few strings to ensure that lyla choreographed the accompanying music video. the rest, they say, is history. Peaking at number three on the list of most sought-after by artists, lyla and logan were immersed into the life that they had always talked about winning, ever since that night at the party.
what came next, was two beautiful cali girls - callista and adelyn james. raised in malibu, in the sun and surf, callista loved the outside - how it was always sunny, how there was always a beach nearby, and anything else you could imagine. Growing up, she was quite close with her sister, adelyn, the two always engaging in adventures outdoors together.
after 11 years of the malibu life, lyla and logan decided that it was time to give the girls a slightly more normal life. With that, the james family left malibu, for the more ‘normal’ suburb of eastside. Moving was no problem for callista - though she loved malibu, she couldn’t wait to see what lie for her in eastside, even though she might have been a little nervous.
As the twins started junior high, they began to develop separate lives. different social circles, different views, and different classes. callista’s sister was no longer her best friend - instead, she had a wide variety of friends to choose from. callista still wants to be close to adelyn - will something as big as a plane crash bring the back together?
