The street are littered with news paper and rumors, graffiti strewned across ever brick wall and city bus in sight. Four gang run a small little city nestled away where it can't harm to world around it, it's under belly a sweltering mess of money, greed, lust, and violence. one police force aims to change the way of life left over from the generations before. But when half of the good guys are tainted by malice and greed and other such uncomplimentary words who's left to help contain the chaos? Who will help a city of fallen angels rise to up from the ashes of pain that has swallowed it whole? No one knows who to trust in this city of thieves and liars, beggars and drug dealers, crooked cops and delinquents. While the citizen rejoice in the election of a new meyor -who's plan of reform seems promising- a war between the city's two most prominent gangs ensues.
Innocent lives are taken every day, allies and enemies are made, lives are put on the line, the city in it's entirety is pushed to it's limits and no one's quite sure how to undo what has already been done. Will the city and those within it come crashing down or is there still time to save them, if not all then maybe even just one... Can anyone make it out of this place alive?
